Through community-focused activities, events and outreach, The Blacks In Technology (BIT) Foundation is “Stomping the Divide” by establishing a blueprint of world-class technical excellence and innovation by providing resources, guidance, networking, and opportunities for members to share their expertise and advance their careers.

Technologists are the members that make technology happen. Our software engineers, data scientists, engineers, UX/UI specialists, DevOps managers, web developers, and countless other professions represent the core of our members.

From university professors, to code academy instructors, educators teach technology to the next generation of world transformers. This important constituency is fundamental to the growth in the pipeline of tech talent.
